Timothy Moy started his Horn journey in Middle school and enjoyed it so much which led to him pursuing and completing a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Horn performance. Timothy received his Bachelor of Music in Horn Performance at California State University Fullerton where he studied with Steve Mahpar and Warren Gref and he earned his Masters of Music in Horn Performance at Boston University where he studied with Eric Ruske.

In both Southern California and Boston, Tim has performed with multiple large music ensembles including Pacific Brass, Whittier Valley Regional Symphony, Synesthesia Sinfonietta, Bellflower Symphony, Dubois Orchestra, New England Brass Band, American Youth Symphony and more.

Timothy's playing career has taken him to venues in Boston, Santa Monica, Cerritos, Los Angeles, San Diego, Tempe, Long Beach, Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon National Park, and more. Timothy also performed in Powell River, British Columbia, Canada with the PRISMA Music Festival during the summer of 2022.

While in his free time, Tim likes to spend time with his friends and family, play video games, and go out and explore the LA and OC food scenes.
